Results of these surveys will help to guide the team as we’re developing approaches to update the City’s Land Use Code; we appreciate your insight!

If you’re new to zoning we recommend choosing the general survey, which includes broad questions about development in the City.

If you’re a development professional or have a good understanding of land use regulations we recommend choosing the technical survey, which includes more detailed questions about the City’s Land Use Code and how it is currently working.

  • This survey has 34 questions, and should take between 20 - 25 minutes to complete.
